What's your SUPERPOWER that helps you OVERCOME Challenges?

POWER of PAIN – Of course no one likes PAIN. Pain is a sensation of physical discomfort resulting from injury or illness. Depending on one's pain tolerance, enduring any type of pain can be extremely challenging. Recognising the pain, you are experiencing and comprehending your ability to withstand and endure it is a courageous strength, as it allows you to confront the challenge without giving up.
“No Pain, no Gain”...“Pain leads to Victory”
Easily said than done! Can you think of an experience you have gone through that endured pain and at times suffering? A mountaineer getting ready to climb the highest peak prepares mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They visualize the endurance journey ahead, understanding the intense pain they must endure to reach the destination which literally is a vertical climb....OR loved ones going through extreme suffering because of illness, and sometimes the pain has been so intense that it creates a longing for relief and escape from the illness....OR due to the company's restructuring, you have lost your job, where you have been the main provider for your family for many years....Pain comes in different waves.

Tolerance and endurance in managing pain to persevere are characteristics of champions! The impact of pain triggers an internal belief, acting as a subtle but powerful means to achieve their objectives, goals, or complete intended tasks. By resisting the pain with the determination to endure and persist through the experience, you eventually will reach your goal. When I think about my wellbeing, I understand I can either work towards certain goals to enhance my current situation or choose to do nothing and stay the same.
What goal have you set for yourself that will involve PAIN, but you know it needs to happen to complete it fully? OR is there something you need to do that will be uncomfortable but inevitable needs to be said and done in order for the goal to be reached? Whatever it is, you have the Power to tolerate and endure the level of pain to accomplish it fully.
These experiences involve a mutual understanding between YOURSELF and the GOAL you set. It will involve experiencing pain, but the strength lies in the ability to tolerate and endure to achieve a fulfilling result. That is the POWER of PAIN!
