Leadership comes in different forms...

Updated: 5 days ago

I admire this style of leadership where a dedicated group of incredible individuals willingly invest their time and energy to engage in open spaces characterized by vulnerability, homelessness, brokenness, starvation, and need, providing support and nourishment through the collective power of "tautua" to assist our vulnerable communities.

Are you in leadership? How would you interpret this Alagaupu Samoa (proverb)?

Thanks so much for sharing this Misa Janet. I believe we gain so much when we serve; we get to understand systems from the inside and in the little "insignificant" details. These details matter so much when we get to a position of responsibility and decision-making.

Thank you for sharing and yes the “little insignificant” are the most treasured when you look at where you stand as a leader today…I’m sure it’s been those moments that keep you on track as I know that’s what’s kept me standing strong - thank you for sharing your thoughts👏
